Quin is an FF&E manufacturing and procurement company. FF&E means furniture, fixtures and equipment. We make custom furniture and joinery at the source through a network of factories and manage the whole supply chain for your project: design, submittals, shop drawings, prototypes, manufacturing, shipping, delivery and warehousing.

Yes. We take your designer's drawings, prepare shop drawings for approval, build a prototype when needed, and produce each piece to your dimensions, materials and finishes.

Every piece is drawn and approved before production, and our team checks the work at the factory before it ships, so what arrives on site matches what you approved.

Quin is based in Las Vegas and works across the United States, including Los Angeles and Miami, as well as in Canada and Mexico. Our work includes Otonomus Hotel in Las Vegas, Otonomus Tulum, Neo by Livv and private residences in Las Vegas and Beverly Hills.

We built Quin in 2023 to deliver furniture and joinery for our own partners' developments. We learned that projects rarely lose time in the design, but in the gap between the drawing and the piece. Today we close that gap for developers, designers, contractors and procurement firms.
